Kaylie Sadlon is a fundraising strategist with extensive experience in political campaigns, membership-based organizations, and event production. Originally from Los Angeles, she moved to San Diego on a golf scholarship to CSU San Marcos, where she earned her BA. Kaylie discovered her passion for politics and fundraising at Golden State Consultants, where she focused on countywide races before expanding her work into Orange County. Through this experience, she built strong relationships with Southern California’s donor community, working with both candidate campaigns and nonprofit organizations. She has extensive experience in nonprofit fundraising, including her work with the California Women’s Leadership Association, which supports the election of pro-business women to public office. In 2020, Kaylie and her business partners acquired Golden State Consultants and rebranded it as K2 Fundraising Agency, launching a firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations grow their impact.
