Kaylie Sadlon

Kaylie Sadlon is a partner at K2 Fundraising Agency. After beginning her career at Golden State Consultants managing fundraising campaigns for countywide candidates and political organizations throughout Southern California, she expanded her work to include nonprofit organizations, public safety foundations, and membership-based organizations.

Over the course of her career, Kaylie has developed strong relationships with donors, community leaders, and business professionals throughout the region. Her experience in fundraising strategy, donor relations, and event production allows her to help organizations build lasting connections with supporters and achieve their fundraising goals. Originally from Los Angeles, Kaylie moved to San Diego on a golf scholarship to CSU San Marcos, where she earned her BA.

Kaila Weedman

Kaila Weedman is a partner at K2 Fundraising Agency. Following seven years of experience with Golden State Consultants developing and managing fundraising campaigns for dozens of bi-partisan candidates, political organizations, and nonprofits, Kaila returned to her alma mater, the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, as the Associate Director of Advancement. In this role she has continued to develop strong relationships with professionals within the educational sphere and industry leaders throughout San Diego County. Simultaneously, Kaila has served as the Membership Director for the Lincoln Club of San Diego County, a pro-business regional PAC growing membership to a record high in the organizations 30+ years. Her robust and diverse experience gives her a unique perspective on crafting custom fundraising plans for clients. A fourth generation San Diegan, Kaila received her BA in History and Communication Studies from the University of San Diego and resides in North Park.
